With ever changing global environment, climate change and its associated heatwave has recently emerged as a huge challenge for all. Its impact is visible not only on sudden melting of ice on mountain peaks, but also in the form of heatwave affecting human health (What Is Climate Change? | United Nations). Hazards associated with climate change are phenomenal and spreading very rapidly throughout the world. The impact of climate change has witnessed an unprecedent rise alike in under-developed, developing and developed countries. However, the preventative actions and post actions taken by each are variable depending upon their economy and resources available. Climate change unlike other natural disasters is given far less importance primarily to absence of its immediate impacts. Since climate change has emerged quiet recently, the infrastructure for mitigating and fighting it are very limited at global level. World has witnessed a huge increase in number of deaths due to climate change for the last decade in particular. Due to its increasing significance at global level, this year Climate Change has been at the top agenda at every international forum.
