Weight Loss - A Choice or a Compulsion
Today, almost every human is concerned to keep his or her weight under control or at least maintained where it is. The problem remains the same whether we talk about males or females. The impurities in food and bad eating habits has been the main cause for sudden and constant weight gain. Stress and sleeping less than 8 hours has also been the major factors in gaining weight. However, the weight loss has now become a compulsion rather than a matter of choice.
Every field today demands a smart person who has a controlled weight. Fat people are being rejected in every field of life. Either she is girl about to be married or a man going for his interview, everyone is worried about his weight. The belly coming out of the shirt of a man or woman is now becoming embarrassing having a direct impact on his performance in his company. In this article, a Weight Loss Strategy has been worked out after personal experience.
Weight Loss Strategy
- Exercise on ground rather than a Gym
- You have to run daily for 10 Miles - Covering 2 Mile Run in not more than 16 mins. Running twice is preferable if it suits you - Once in the morning and once at night.
- After 10 Mile Run - You have to lay down on the Exercise Mat to relax your body for about 30 minutes.
- After that - You have to do 30 x Repetition of Pushups, 50 x Repetition of Sit-ups and 15 x Repetition of Chin-ups. This all will make one set. Repeat the same set for minimum 3 times.
- You can take a break of maximum one day in whole week.
- Eating Habits
- You can eat anything that is not fried or made in cooking oil.
- Try to consume salads but if you are not comfortable - you can always go for bread and normal meal as per routine. If you can not go for proper dieting - It is strongly recommended to repeat same exercise twice in a day.
- Consume fresh juices which have less sugar in them naturally.
- Never ever consume artificial juices, chocolates, ice-creams or any fast food.
- Prefer to eat less - again and again rather eating once without having any control on quantity you are eating.
- Sleep at least 8 hours in a day.
- Do not take stress of anything. Feel relaxed and try to enjoy a good company.
- Try to wear tight cloths which will keep you reminding - the purpose - to loose weight.
- Keep a daily record of your weight and not it down on a paper or in your mobile.
